500g of Chunks from the same Whiskey Barrels that will age Premium Tasmanian Whisky. Soak 100g per litre of spirit as a general guide or to our personal taste. 1st soaking add 2.5 litres of spirit to 500g of Pure Distilling Chunks and leave to soak for 14 days then drain off the chunks. 2nd soaking add a further 2.3 litres of spirit and soak for 14 – 28 days depending on taste then drain off the chunks. 3rd soaking add a further 2.3 litres of spirit and soak for a minimum of 5-6 weeks depending on taste then drain off the chunks. The last soaking can be improved by adding Pure Distilling Scotch Whiskey essence.
