Description SOLAR RAPTOR® HeatingLamp The SOLAR RAPTOR® HeatingLamp is an infrared heater for terrariums with an integrated heating wire. The lamp provides comfortable heat for the terrarium animals from above without emitting light, allowing it to be operated 24 hours a day without disrupting the animals’ day-night cycle. The SOLAR RAPTOR® HeatingLamp ensures a natural heat spectrum and increases the temperature within the terrarium. The reflector concentrates the heat and directs it specifically downward. Unlike traditional heat emitters, no heat is wasted upwards. A fixed protective grid prevents any contact between the animals and the heating wire. The heat emitter should only be used with a suitable operating unit (E27, thermally stable). The SOLAR RAPTOR® ClampLamp (S) is ideal for this purpose – it can be quickly and easily connected without tools and also features an additional protective grid.
