Rolled naked oats are best provided as a table or ground feed as they have little to no chance of taking root. They are suitable for feeding as a straight food although we would recommend using them as part of a wild bird mix. We include this straight feed in almost all of our mixes that are formulated with softbill birds such as blackbirds, thrushes and robins in mind.
