How to sprout from home Sprouting your own sprouts is easy – no green thumb required! Super Sprouter Germinator Get your Super Sprouter Germinator Rinse the seeds thoroughly in fresh water and soak for 4 hours Pour in 1.5 Tablespoons of seeds per jar Rinse seeds twice daily Store in a shady place on your kitchen bench – they don’t need direct sunlight as the jar will heat up (best grown at temperatures between 18 – 22 degrees) Wait 6-8 days and enjoy your home grown, organic alfalfa sprouts straight from the jar! Rinse jar and repeat. There are instructions on the back of the sprouting seeds packet detailing soaking time, rinses per day, and approx. germination time.
