500gm Morgan’s Sodium Metabisulphite is suitable for rinsing and sanitizing. When added to hot water, vapors given off ensure your equipment is clean and ready for use. For best results use just one hour prior to commencing your brew then rinse of in cold water. DO NOT USE SODIUM METABISULPHITE ON STAINLESS STEEL.
