Customer service was fantastic! I originally placed an order and needed to cancel it. They called me and said it was no problem to cancel since the order hasn’t been shipped out yet. They were personable, kind, and generous. I decided to keep my order and try out purchasing from Wonder Jackets. And I am happy I did! The item came in earlier than expected and exactly as described.
